Shortbread, 2 types of fruit cakes and traditional Christmas puddings; all baked in a wood burning cookstove. All recipes have been well researched and date back to the mid 1800's. I use top quality ingredients such as butter that comes from the creamery in Alliston. Great care and lots of love go into my products.
