Information for Vendors

The Nottawasaga Handweavers and Spinners Guild is accepting applications to participate in "Seasonal Wrapsody", our annual show and sale of fine handcrafted items by local artisans. In an effort to ensure quality and diversity, this is a juried sale.

All vendor applications are reviewed prior to approval. All successful applicants will be sent a Notification of Acceptance/Invoice for participation. This will include instructions for remittance of payment which will complete your registration and secure booth space. Booth space is guaranteed once full payment is received on a first come, first served basis.

What is included:

 Choice of two booth sizes to showcase your items.
 2 chairs.
 Small elevator for 2nd floor vendors.
 Electrical outlets in most locations
 Parking
 Promotion via our website including vendor spotlights, social media and print media.
 We will provide vendors with digital media and links to share.

Vendor Responsible for:

 Tables, table coverings.
 Vendors must stay within their assigned booth space.
 Display equipment, packaging materials and signage.
 Supplemental lighting and safety appropriate extension cords/surge protectors.
 Set up, tear down and moving your effects. Bring dolly if required.
 Promote sale on your website and social media if capacity exists. Distribute print media via supplied files.
 Environmentally friendly packaging is encouraged.
 *There will be no food or drink available for purchase on premises.
