You may be aware of the OHS Biennial Conference - 'At the Fulcrum: Supporting Tradition, Embracing Innovation' hosted at Seneca College, May 5 - 7, 2017. Members of the Nottawasaga Guild have organized a Juried Show as a part of the conference. We would love to see our members participate in this event. If you've ever thought about entering a juried show - now is the time! Pat's article, 'You can't win an award if you don't enter' in Fibre Focus, is an excellent guide to assist and inspire you.
The theme of the Juried Show is What Inspired
Fibres!
provoking thoughts of our past, present, and future. The show is open to all textile media. Your entry will include your personal interpretation of the theme.

Key details to consider:
• your entry must be original, created after January 1, 2015, and not previously entered in a juried show.
• the entry form and fee must be received by February 17, 2017 ($20.00 for 1 item; $30.00 for 2-3 items.)
• finished items are received between March 23 - April 3, 2017
• awards are provided in a variety of categories... details will be listed on the Conference website.
