As part of the Ontario Heritage Trust province wide Doors Open Ontario event at the Museum on the Boyne, we will be demonstrating near the log cabin to showcase the heritage crafts of spinning and weaving. It is a fun event for the whole family to come and learn about the history of Simcoe County and a hands-on opportunity to find out if spinning or weaving is your passion as it is ours. This is a free event and will include several interactive exhibits including our own.
